If Fred (firstname.lastname@example.org) is not joining your meetings, please check any of these scenarios so you can get your meetings recorded and transcribed. You may have different email ids or aliases that you use which is different from the email address you used to sign up with Fireflies. How can I customize my meeting settings so that I'm the only one who gets the meeting recaps?
Users can edit their settings and customise the recipients of their meeting recaps. Just go to Settings, and then select your preferred setting.
I don't want to receive the recap emails
To stop receiving the recap emails, Go to Integrations look for Gmail Click Remove

Improve the Quality of Speech Recognition

Why is Fireflies still joining my meetings after my account was deleted?
If you have already cancelled your account and Fireflies is still joining meetings, it could only mean that a colleague or another user from the meeting invite has a Fireflies account and meetings that they are a part of are being joined by Fireflies. It might also happen that you are in those meetings which is why you are also seeing Fireflies in your meetings.
I Didn't Receive a Transcript After a Meeting
